Chason Perry MS, CSCS

Chason graduated with a BS in Exercise Science from Shawnee State University in Southern Ohio. He then finished his MS in Strength and Conditioning at West Virginia University where he served as a graduate assistant to the WVU Sports program working with football, basketball, soccer, crew, and wrestling. He was an assistant strength coach for the NHL team the Atlanta Thrashers in 2006 and then owned and operated a Parisi Speed School in Cincinnati, OH. Coach Chason then moved on to become a Director of Strength and Conditioning for a US Special Forces Unit at Fort Benning, GA. He opened IPRx in 2017 and since it's beginning has trained professional athletes in MLB, NFL, CFL, FPHL, and has worked with DI collegiate athletes at schools around the country. Chason now serves as the West Georgia Under Armour Tour Director as well as the Performance Director for the Columbus Chatt-a-Hoots and the Columbus River Dragons
Chason resides in Columbus, GA with his wife Laura and three sons Grant, Braylen, and Theo.

Kyle Sprague BS, CSCS, TPI, USAW

A Columbus, GA native, Kyle graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from The University of Alabama with a minor in Nutrition, Fitness & Coaching. During his time at the University of Alabama he worked with NFL, Collegiate, and high school athletes at JPI Sports Performance as a coach. JPI Sports Performance is a highly regarded off-season training facility for UA athletes and the Tuscaloosa, AL leading facility for NFL Combine training. After graduating, Kyle then joined the football strength staff for a year at Texas A&M University under Coach Kevin Sumlin working with all aspects of strength and conditioning.
After leaving the collegiate ranks, Kyle has furthered his experience and expertise by studying some of the top professionals in the field and specifically taking on golf training. Kyle completed his Titleist Performance Institute certification in 2021 and has developed a passion for the science behind the game.
Coach Kyle and his wife Hillary live in Columbus, Ga with their daughter Scarlett.

Matt Sullivan, BA, CSCS, PAB1

Originally from Amory, Mississippi, Matt Sullivan graduated from Mississippi State University with a B. A. in Biological Anthropology. His journey into strength & conditioning started in college while playing rugby for Mississippi State and coaching at a local CrossFit affiliate in Starkville, MS. From there, while working his full time job in the field of anthropology, he began coaching dozens of clients remotely and continued to study more in the field of strength & conditioning. He completed his first certification through Power Athlete HQ, a worldwide strength & conditioning organization that provides education, coaching, and training to thousands of athletes across the globe. He received his Power Athlete Methodology One Course and then traveled to the headquarters of Power Athlete to receive his Power Athlete Block One certification. He also holds a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification through the NSCA. Upon completion, he has worked with numerous athletes of all sports and all ages, including football, baseball, lacrosse, softball, volleyball, and more. He resides with his wife and daughter in Opelika, Alabama.
